Use the keyword in your title. - The closer you can include it to the front of the title the better. For example if your keyword is ‘weight loss’ then ‘weight loss tips for women’ would be better than ‘learn some of the best tips for women's weight loss’.
Header 1 and header 2 tags - These are your heading and subheading html tags. So you want to include your keywords in both your title and subtitles throughout your article.
Keyword density - A good rule of thumb is to only use your keyword once every 100 to 150 words. This should include using it once in the first sentence and the last sentence.
